The Manager Business Strategy will be an experienced project leader with very strong marketing leadership and organization skills aspiring toward a career in management; able to be promoted to general management; demonstrated marketing and management capabilities in a rapidly changing business environment.

Identify, investigate, and present external products product lines technologies companies and investment opportunities which will positively impact top line growth. Develop commercial analysis of new product ideas including competitive advantage. Lead the seeking and sensing activities for new growth opportunities related to specific business platforms.

Business experience in the medical device industry with product management that required product development and/or launching a product. Business experience may include marketing sales, sales training business development.

Demonstrated marketing skill in the areas of strategic assessment excellent knowledge of medical industry especially customer facing experience; ability to translate an understanding of customer needs into competitive advantage Experience in taking a project from concept to market.

Experience in a product launch required passionate energetic communicative and able to articulate leadership in a team environment. Experience in taking a project from concept to market. Excellent analysis skills; ability to work with the wealth of existing data available from the technology organization to identify trends commonalities deficits etc. identifying areas of strength weakness and opportunity and excited by the business potential of identify and developing solutions for unmet customer needs; enjoys the challenges of championing new concepts within and throughout the organization

Demonstrated success in the development of business strategy; significant exposure to general business and management issues and their resolution Able to develop broad leadership skills in team members combining strong marketing skill and global business acumen Creates a work environment that rewards risk taking decisiveness and a bias for action over analysis

Single market product management experience combined with global marketing experience is desirable. Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and team leadership skills Strategic orientation with ability to efficiently and effectively execute;

Understanding of clinician needs and drivers products and technologies development and small cap companies and competitors Must demonstrate capability to conduct depth assessment of organizational financial technical functional and people.

Experienced negotiator able to achieve results and close deals. Also an understanding of Design for Six Sigma is needed and completion of introductory DFSS training will be necessary within two years of hiring.

• EDUCATION: MBA or commitment to obtain an MBA is strictly required.
