Service function primarily LSB Audits.
Training, Develop and produce technical support, investigate reliability or performance problems
Resolve field problems and customer complaints
Achieve work plans, advise engineering of improvements required
Occasional international travel and significant domestic travel
2-5 years of experience in heavy equipment technical service or engineering
Well-organized professional with a positive attitude.
Strong leadership communication and customer relation skills
Strong Word, Excel, and other MS skills required along with mechanical aptitude skills
Strong desire to learn and teach.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree
